Position Overview

Join our Engineering team as a Junior DevOps Engineer and contribute directly to our customers success. This role is ideal for individuals with some hands-on experience in software development or IT operations who are eager to build their career in DevOps. You'll gain valuable exposure to automation, system integrations, and modern DevOps practices while working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

. Work closely with fellow DevOps engineers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

. Assist the Customer Support team with technical investigations and solutions.

. Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline operations.

. Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.

. Identify, debug, and resolve issues in DevOps-related code.

. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

. Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

. Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.

. Minimum 1 year experience in software development or operations engineering (or strong IT experience with a keen interest in DevOps).

. Proficiency in backend programming with one or more languages.

. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).

. Understanding of Web Services (REST, SOAP).

. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies.

. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

. Learn quickly, takes initiative, works in a systematic and methodical and orderly way.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

. Web development experience.

. Familiarity with popular DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Docker, Jenkins).

. Basic server administration knowledge.

. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
