Provide daily desktop maintenance, Windows OS support, and Office application deployment
Troubleshoot hardware & software issues (desktops,desktops, printers)
Assist with server monitoring, debugging, and IT infrastructure projects
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operations
