Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.
Assist in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), and use cases.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
Support testing activities by preparing test cases, performing UAT, and coordinating with users for validation.
Participate in meetings and workshops to understand current processes and propose improvements.
Track project progress and maintain updated documentation and status reports.
Analyze and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making.
Ensure alignment of business needs with IT deliverables across various projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
Experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
