Job Type:One-year Renewable Contract

Only Singaporean

Key Responsibilities

. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.

. Liaise with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.

. Work closely with development teams during the design and implementation phases.

. Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

. Maintain and update project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.

. Assist in refining workflows and ensuring optimal user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

. 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

. Familiarity with tools like JIRAand Confluence.

. Basic understanding of technical stacks such as Java, React, Spring Boot, NodeJS, etc. (good to have).

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills

. Experience collaborating with UX/UI teamsto support wireframing and workflow design.

. Understanding of data flow diagrams, process mapping, or API documentation.

. Previous experience in web or mobile application projects.
