You will work closely with the engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to help shape, build, and deliver exceptional trading experiences for our users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document product/feature requirements, user stories, workflows, and technical needs for internal teams.
Support the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Assist in defining KPIs and measure product performance post-launch.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with the development team.
Help identify and resolve product issues, risks, and roadblocks early.
Stay up to date on FinTech trends, trading technologies, and customer needs.
