Job Duties:
- Help ensure the project is delivered on time and with good quality.
- Join discussions with stakeholders, suggest solutions, and document business needs and rules.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team leads to keep the project on schedule.
- Turn business needs into test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Carry out UAT and keep proper records of the results.
- Monitor and track any issues, and work with IT to fix them within the timeline.
- Lead meetings with IT to review and resolve defects, when needed.
- Create training materials and train users.
- Check that the system works properly after it goes live.
- Look for ways to improve processes and stay valuable to the business.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial institutions, particularly in project or UAT environments.
