Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze current processes and support future-state improvements
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle
- Support impact analysis for change requests
Solution & Delivery Support
- Collaborate with tech teams to ensure requirements are well understood
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs and design discussions
- Track dependencies, assumptions, and potential risks
Testing Support
- Assist in SIT and UAT activities (test prep, defect tracking, validation)
- Review test scenarios and ensure alignment with requirements
- Support issue resolution and follow-ups
PMO / Project Coordination
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Support governance activities (meetings, documentation, tracking actions)
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Prepare updates for stakeholders and management
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / PMO / Project Support
- Understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies
- Exposure to banking, finance, data, or tech projects is a plus
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint is advantageous
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
