Qualifications & Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis across financial or banking environments.
- Strong knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, SWIFT / message processing, Positions, Accounting, Corporate Actions, Filters, Reporting Frameworks, and Reconciliation functionalities.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments including FX, Money Market, and cash products, along with the full trade lifecycle.
- Handson experience in regulatory reporting (e.g., HRF, NORIA, MMSR).
- Familiarity with Back Office systems and system-to-system interfaces.
- Proficient in requirements lifecycle management, including planning, monitoring, analysis, and design definition.
- Proven experience acting as a liaison between onshore business teams and offshore technical teams, and providing primary functional support to development teams.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and exposure to software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Functional Skills
