Junior Associate

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Audit Associates to join our team. This role offers excellent exposure to audit engagements within a professional environment and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are keen to build a long-term career in assurance and accounting.

This position provides a strong foundation for those looking to advance in the audit and finance profession. You will work closely with experienced auditors and managers, gain hands-on experience across diverse client engagements, and have access to structured training programs. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of audit procedures in accordance with applicable auditing standards
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and documentation under guidance
• Perform substantive testing and analytical review procedures
• Support the verification of financial statements and related schedules
• Liaise with clients to obtain required audit information and clarifications
• Assist seniors and managers in audit planning, fieldwork, and completion
• Ensure audit assignments are completed accurately and within stipulated timelines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or audit experience is advantageous
• Basic understanding of accounting and auditing principles
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take guidance
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Open to Singapore Citizens only
