About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Analyst to join our team remotely from Singapore. You will support data collection, analysis, and reporting across research and product operations. This role is suited for early-career professionals who want to apply analytical skills in an AI-focused environment while developing expertise in data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external sources
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product, research, and operational decisions
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal stakeholders
• Assist in evaluating AI model outputs and performance benchmarks
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and literature reviews as needed
• Document analytical methods, assumptions, and findings clearly
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to scope data needs and interpret results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of professional experience in an analytical role (internships and academic projects count)
• Proficiency in either: SQL, Python, or R
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks

Preferred

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Familiarity with Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI product environments
• Experience with project management or documentation tools (Notion, Linear, Confluence)

Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position. Compensation is competitive with the Singapore market and will be discussed during the interview process.
