Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration)

Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office at City Hall

Salary: $3900 to $4500

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Contract Administration / Quantity Surveyor
• 5 years and above in related scope or field

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure the compliance of all terms and conditions including contract conditions
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on contract matters
• Assist in dispute resolution and cost control
• Check and prepare Purchase Orders and its relevant documents and to oversee contract adherence.
• Negotiations for any scopes prior to the award focusing on contract terms.
• Address contractual matters to management and project team.
