Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer to join our remote development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications
- Stay updated on emerging JavaScript technologies and recommend improvements
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in JavaScript development for web applications
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with Singapore and SEA tech ecosystem is preferred
