Job Description:
We are seeking a talented JavaScript Developer to join our remote team in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with front-end and back-end teams, and ensuring high-quality, performant, and secure code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with emerging JavaScript technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 25 years of experience as a JavaScript developer or in front-end/back-end development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
