Job Description
- Support and maintain the exchange's mission‑critical business systems to ensure high availability and stability
- Oversee daily system operations and provide second‑line application support
- Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy system enhancements to support evolving business needs
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
- Participate in implementation activities and ensure smooth delivery into production
- Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous system improvement and reliability
The Successful Applicant
- Exposure to full software development life cycle of large scale financial system
- At least 3 years development experience against at least one of the programming languages below: Java, JavaScript or Python.
- Proficient with object oriented programming concepts and relational database design.
- Knowledge of network, understanding mainstream network communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP and UDP
- Experience with Linux, strong shell scripting skill is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline
