Project Summary:
Application Spring Boot Upgrade & DMRDashboard Development with Java Backend Engineers.
Project Goals:
- Ensure the seamless and stable transition into go-live state for the 2 mentioned tracks.
- Validate application functionality through auto and manual regression testing.
- Identify,diagnose, and resolve any issues arising from the upgrades.
- Develop and implement the new Dashboard backend APIs
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all testing and development artifacts.
Project Scope (Revised): The project primarily involves:
- Manual Regression Testing: Execution of approximately 2200 manual regression test cases within Zephyr to validate the Integrated Workbench application.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigating and addressing application defects and performance issues related to the Spring Boot upgrade, including root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Code Remediation: Developing and applying necessary code fixes or minor enhancements to the Integrated Workbench application to address identified defects stemming from the upgrade.
- DMR Dashboard Development: Designing, developing, and implementing the new DMR Dashboard using Java backend technologies.
- Artifact Management: Ensuring proper archiving of all testing artifacts, code changes, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaboration: Working in close conjunction with existing development and QA teams to facilitate a smooth upgrade process and achieve high-quality application delivery.
Project Outcome:
- Execute and capture all test artifacts in the relevant Zephyr ticket.
- Achieve 100% pass for all related test cases.
- Support go-live for the Spring Boot Upgrade.
- Successful development and deployment of the DMR Dashboard.
Required Skillset:
Java - Spring Framework/Hibernate, Strong backend development experience, Tools- Zephyr, Jira. Experience with dashboard development would be a plus
