We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust backend solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
