5-10 years of software development experience

3+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot & Kotlin

Microservices architecture & distributed systems

Event-driven systems and Kafka

Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra

ElasticSearch

Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure

Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Data Pipelines, ML Ops, Spark, or Python

Experience in modernizing legacy applications

Familiarity with AI and Automation frameworks

Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
