IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification) Engineer

As an IVVQ Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, participating and supervising the efficient integration, verification, validation and qualification(IVVQ) execution of defence and supporting systems. You will ensure that the appropriate means and practices are applied to guarantee adherence to defined requirements and quality standards with minimal wasted effort or inefficiencies. The Engineer is responsible for the Test plan and reports, assuring that the scope of the IVVQ activities fully covers all aspects of the system under test, while taking all previous verification activities on comparable systems into account to optimize the test effort.

Responsibilities:

. Work with project team to ensure that all the requirements are verified and validated using the appropriate test method and means and also maintain the Traceability links between system specifications to test procedures.

. Setup and maintain products/systems in the integration and test lab including servers, storage, network hardware, software components, project configurations, test scripts, tools and accessories.

. Develop test and automation scripts to support site performance and robustness testing process, such as analysis of log collected and producing performance statistics based on site test data collected.

. For any test campaign, prepare test environment, test configurations and virtualized environment as required, develop and execute verification procedure, compile the results documents, manage the deviations and record all verification results.

. Analyze the system logs and communicate information on variances and anomalies to stakeholders,

. Support Factory Acceptance Test, Site Integration and Testing: planning the test, communicating with customer, onsite testing, prepare report and submission to customer.

. Conducts all the quality reviews required by the process, including, but not limited to, the Test Readiness Reviews, Technical Qualification Reviews, and Final Qualification Reviews.

. Support and follow all Configuration and Change Management (CM) processes required by project team and customers.

Requirements:

. Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent

. Strong advantage on relevant Professional qualifications

. 5 years experience and knowledge on Windows Servers and clients operating systems and administration, Linux operating systems and administration, embedded systems, storage, network and security configuration.

. 5 years experience on virtualization, such as VMWare, Hyper-V,

. 5 years experience on integration and testing IT system.

. Strong technical background with experience and knowledge in bash and python scripting.

. Fluent in spoken and written English.

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

. Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required.

. Flexible in working hours - able to work night shifts occasionally
