Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our Singapore site IT operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure to support a fast-paced manufacturing and business environment.
You will act as both a technical leader and people manager, driving IT operations, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations to ensure high system availability and performance
- Own and manage site infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualization (VMware), storage, and end-user systems
- Drive IT standardization and ensure 24/7 operational readiness
- Strengthen cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Manage hybrid environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
- Lead system upgrades, infrastructure projects, and technology deployments
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and proactively address risks
- Act as escalation point for critical IT issues and support business continuity
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver effective IT solutions
- Lead, coach, and develop the local IT team
Requirements
- 8-10 years of IT experience, with solid background in infrastructure and operations
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Windows & Linux environments
- VMware and virtualization technologies
- Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
- Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure (network, servers, storage, security)
- Ability to understand scripting (PowerShell / Python)
- Experience managing IT projects and deployments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience in manufacturing or data center environment
- Familiarity with 24/7 operations
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL, etc.)
