Key Responsibilities
. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
. Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on scope and priorities.
. Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
. Support delivery execution across SIT, UAT, deployment, and change management.
. Drive requirement clarity, scope control, and issue resolution.
. Contribute to process improvement and reusable delivery assets.
Requirements
. 1-5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
. Experience in ITSM / Enterprise Service Management projects.
. Familiarity with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.
. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
. Experience with Agile / SDLC delivery.
Preferred
. ITIL knowledge.
. Experience in banking or large enterprise environments.
. Exposure to SaaS and integration projects.
