Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ITSM implementation and ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and delivering IT Service Management solutions in a Government or Public Sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end ITSM implementation projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Prepare process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and support production deployment.
- Ensure solutions align with ITIL best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum project environments.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Proven experience in ITSM implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Experience in requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) or other ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience working with Government/Public Sector organizations.
