ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage training programmes in accordance with ITEC standards and curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations aligned with course objectives
• Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring students achieve competency in massage techniques
• Assess students performance through practical evaluations, assignments, and mock examinations
• Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to support student development and certification success
• Ensure compliance with ITEC requirements, accreditation standards, and internal SOPs
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment documentation
• Oversee classroom and treatment room setup, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and professional learning environment
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new techniques, and regulatory requirements in wellness and massage therapy
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programmes
• Assist in student recruitment activities such as workshops, previews, or roadshows where required

Job Requirements

• Certified in ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage (or equivalent international certification)
• Possess recognized teaching qualification (e.g., ACTA/ACLP, DACE, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in holistic massage therapy
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring students in a classroom or spa setting
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
• Familiar with ITEC examination standards and assessment criteria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about teaching and developing future therapists
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) additional languages are an advantage
