IT System Engineer (Fresh grads welcome)

They have an international presence in over 100 countries worldwide and are now looking for an IT System Engineer to join their expanding team!

Locations available: Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang area

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery
• Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years L1 IT support/System Engineer experience, proficient with Windows and Linux OS systems will be a strong advantage (Fresh grads with relevant IT Support/System Engineer internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
• Educational qualification in any IT discipline or equivalent
