- Assist with test development and laboratory tasks - conducting tests and analyzing data
- Job documentation - recording and reporting
- Ensure all laboratory work, equipment conditions, and documentation comply with quality standards
- Keep workspaces, records, and materials well-organized to ensure efficient and traceable lab operations
- Regularly update progress and promptly report any challenges
- Maintain good internal and external communication
- Collaborate with other team members to promote teamwork
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Civil Engineering, Material Engineering or Material Science
- Min 1 year of experience in construction material testing
- Familiarity with lab testing equipment and software and high proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, ASTM) or have relevant hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrometers, or similar
- Recent graduates with no experience welcome to apply
