Job Description
- Approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution.
- Ability to understand and handle the client&aposs banking system development or implementation project.
- Plan, initiate, manage, lead and execute system consulting and development projects.
- Grasp the plan and situation and create and explain report materials.
- Understand and manage the full software development life cycle.
Job Requirement
- Project Management Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in directing and managing project development from initiation to completion.
- Able to communicate in business level Japanese in reading, writing, and speaking to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Highly self-driven and enthusiastic, capable of working effectively with teams of varying IT skill levels and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to manage project planning for all short-, medium-, and long-term.
- Strong analytical and conceptualization skills to develop solutions for complex business challenges.
- Industry Knowledge: Banking operations or systems knowledge and experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a process-focused mindset.
