Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring its availability andmperformance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for fleet issue escalation.
- Monitor system health and perform regular performance reviews.
- Conduct annual hardware refresh for fleet devices and network equipment.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers.
- Document system configurations and create user guides.
- Provide high-level support, coordinating with teams and vendors to resolve issues, bothonsite and offsite (including vessels).
- Manage IT procurement and collaborate with vendors.
- Travelling require when needed
Requirements:
- Min1 year of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
- More than 2 years of experience work as L1 support in mid to large enterprise
- Experience in setting up or supporting network and firewall
