Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office IT systems, hardware, software, and networks. This role is ideal for someone proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve user issues to maximize productivity
- Maintain IT equipment (laptops, mobiles, AV systems), ensuring patching and compliance
- Prevent outages and minimize disruptions by proactively monitoring systems
- Support events with general AV and IT setup
- Drive the adoption of Google Workspace and cloud-based tools
- Assist with IT onboarding, software/hardware configuration, and vendor coordination
- Work with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Groupware) to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in IT support or operations
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, and applications
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and committed to completing projects effectively
