- Provide day-to-day technical assistance to both office and store teams, covering hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage and upkeep servers, networking equipment, firewall systems, and VPN access.
- Install, configure, and maintain POS and kiosk platforms to support retail operations.
- Handle IT-related tasks for new store launches and technology rollouts.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on group-level system initiatives and IT standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of practical IT support experience, within retail or F&B sectors.
- Good working knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and firewall management.
- Prior exposure to POS and kiosk system operations.
