IT Support Engineer

• Set up and manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and fix user issues related to hardware, software, and access.
• Install and update software and security patches.
• Help manage virtual desktops (VDI) and remote work tools.
• Ensure devices follow company security policies.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
• Work with other IT teams to improve the user experience.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience with general desktop support.
• Relevant experience will be considered with training provided
• Experience in a similar IT or desktop support role
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
