Responsibilities

  • End user desktop and laptop support
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting & break fix
  • Account, access, onboarding and offboarding and peripheral set up
  • Ticket logging and basic IT documentation
  • Escalate to L2/L3 teams when needed
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
