About the Company
Our client is a well-established player in the F&B industry with a strong presence across Singapore, currently seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer with SAP expertise to support and optimise their business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, including user access, system errors, and performance concerns
- Manage SAP user roles, authorisations, and system configurations
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for system maintenance and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide general IT support where required (hardware, software, network issues)
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g. SAP MM, SD, F&B-related systems is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
