1. Strategic &Operational Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for HQ and outlets, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, POS systems, printers, and network equipment across all locations.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and new hardware deployments.
- Ensure IT assets and inventory are managed and maintained accurately.
2. Compliance &Governance:
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection guidelines.
- Conduct periodic system audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate security risks.
- Assist in implementing IT security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, support requests, and troubleshooting guides.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Operations and HQ teams to provide IT support tailored to business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and system maintenance.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up accounts, emails, and access rights.
- Support IT training sessions for employees to enhance digital literacy and system usage.
4. Reporting &Analysis:
- Track IT support requests, analyse recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
- Generate IT performance reports, including system uptime, issue resolution times, and network performance.
- Assist in IT budget planning by providing insights into system upgrades and maintenance costs.
- Maintain logs of IT incidents and resolutions to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing IT teams and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, POS systems, and cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Ability to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes through technology.
