IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other business software.
• Assist with network configuration, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Perform software installation, updates, patches, and system maintenance.
• Assist with data backup, security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, and troubleshooting records.
• Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and IT security will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, Web Development, or Mobile Application Development will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
