Job Scope
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Perform system upgrades and patch installations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
- Maintain the IT helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution of support tickets inASIAN region.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in IT Support role
