IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, storage systems, and end-user devices
• Provide technical support for hardware and basic network issues
• Assist with Active Directory user and permission management
• Participate in a biweekly 24/7 standby rotation for IT support
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
