Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for company IT software and hardware via remote access, phone, email, and other support channels.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of IT hardware such as computers and printers, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution for IT equipment and networks, system installation, and software configuration.
- Perform computer system fault diagnosis and resolution, system performance tuning, and handle system-related issues.
- Maintain and manage company servers and network equipment in the data center.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT asset inventory.
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment, security vulnerability scanning, web penetration testing, security hardening, and security log analysis is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields such as Computer Applications, Network Management, or Information Management, with at least 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of computer software and hardware, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
- Proficient in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Basic understanding of common network security threats and protection measures familiar with the configuration of mainstream firewall solutions.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server.
- Skilled in desktop operating systems and the configuration and maintenance of office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with strong abilities in cross-disciplinary collaboration, reporting, and coordination.
