Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Set up and follow up with project and all staffs hardware, software issue.
Set up and daily Maintain project and Server and data security.
Set up and maintain project CCTV system.
Apply the internet and set up project internet system
Purchasing related software or other materials
Set up bio matrix system
Due with supplier of others software issues
Ensure on call support for critical IT services work with relevant resolver group.
Manage IT opportunities, risks and challenges pertaining to IT user help desk operations.
Others IT related meter request by management.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Computer Science/ IT Technology Information or related fields.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT Support / technical support.
Good technical skills in windows based client environments with the respected support tools (remote desktop).
Experience on MS365 Online Application support - include Office, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Modern authentication.
Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to be based at project site office.
