Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and follow up with project and all staffs hardware, software issue.
  • Set up and daily Maintain project and Server and data security.
  • Set up and maintain project CCTV system.
  • Apply the internet and set up project internet system
  • Purchasing related software or other materials
  • Set up bio matrix system
  • Due with supplier of others software issues
  • Ensure on call support for critical IT services work with relevant resolver group.
  • Manage IT opportunities, risks and challenges pertaining to IT user help desk operations.
  • Others IT related meter request by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science/ IT Technology Information or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT Support / technical support.
  • Good technical skills in windows based client environments with the respected support tools (remote desktop).
  • Experience on MS365 Online Application support - include Office, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Modern authentication.
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be based at project site office.
  • Working Location: West
