Job Description
.Installation and upgrading of software/IT patches
.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
.Provides level 1 and 2 troubleshooting support for network, server and Internet service
.Carrying out preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis
.Manages issue resolution based on incident priority levels and escalates the cases
.Tech refresh support
.Manage data backup and system operations
.May be assigned with other IT related tasks
Job Requirement
o Higher Nitec in Info-Communications Technology, Information Technology or higher
o Require 1 year of working experience
o Team player
o Good communications and inter-personal skills
