- Assist in driving new campaigns for IT Projects
- Assist in designing posters, creating short videos, and developing content for marketing print flyers, website and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google
- Support day-to-day IT helpdesk ticket support, hardware setups and software applications troubleshooting of IT-related problems for clinics, system upgrades, software installations, and software updates
- Assist in the administration of email user accounts, permissions, and access rights, including POS accounts
- To set up new PCs and Microsoft Office applications and ensure users could log in to the company network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
- Provide IT support to local and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network), and maintenance of small local server
- Any other duties assigned by your Superior.
Requirement
. Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or other IT-related discipline. Work location is in-person from Monday to Friday.
. Possess knowledge of PC, desktop & laptop including IT helpdesk support
. Basic knowledge of Windows Server Administration, SQL, Python
. Good interpersonal skills and a team player, able to solve problems independently by doing research.
. Can work independently and as part of a team
. Experience in Windows Operating System (e.g. Windows 10/11 and server OS)
. Basic understanding of HTML and website maintenance
