Job Summary:
The Admin and IT Support Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and basic IT assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role includes maintaining office functions, supporting staff with IT-related issues, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Maintain records, filing systems, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support facilities management (maintenance and repairs)
IT Support Duties:
- Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and devices
- Manage user accounts (email, system access, passwords)
- Support Microsoft 365 and basic network troubleshooting
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced issues
Facilities & Operations Support:
- Assist with maintenance and office setup
- Monitor equipment and report faults
- Support classroom or event setup, when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software support
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and office systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
