Position Overview
Supports IT operations, vendor governance, endpoint security (MFA/access reviews), and centralized asset documentation; contributes to M365, endpoint management, and office rollout projects while ensuring secure onboarding/offboarding and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with external IT vendors to support daily IT operations, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Support IT initiatives and projects such as Windows Autopilot deployment, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Microsoft 365 migrations, endpoint management, and office rollouts from planning through execution.
- Document, operate, and continuously improve IT processes and control frameworks to enhance security, ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and PDPA requirements, and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, user access provisioning, license management, and vendor coordination in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM), including tracking hardware and software lifecycles, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting cost effective refresh planning.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of handson experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT asset management. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
- Experience working with external IT vendors or managed service providers is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, processdriven approach and good documentation practices.
- Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills with a collaborative, teamoriented mindset.
