Job Description

Our client is a leading institution looking for an experienced IT professional to play a key role in shaping how their community works, collaborates, and innovates. This role sits at the heart of their technology services function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving forward modern workplace solutions, AI powered automation and service excellence initiatives.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead service management modernization projects.
  • Plan, evaluate, and introduce new technologies that improve the user experience across their digital workplace.
  • Oversee collaboration platforms (including Microsoft Teams) to ensure reliable operations, strong governance, and best-in-class adoption across the organization.
  • Enhance productivity by optimizing Microsoft 365 tools and workflows.
  • Play a central role in ISO 20000 certification and ongoing compliance, ensuring ITSM processes are well-defined, auditable, and continuously improved in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage vendors, guide technology roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and with measurable outcomes.

What Youll Bring:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT service delivery or end-user support.
  • Strong experience with Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, and Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, security, governance, adoption).
  • Hands-on with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow) and ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
  • Familiar with automation/scripting (PowerShell, batch) and core IT infrastructure (networking, Active Directory/Azure AD, endpoint security).
  • Experience managing certification/compliance processes (ISO 20000 or similar) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, able to engage stakeholders effectively.
