We're looking for an experienced IT Service Governance Manager to lead our governance framework, drive compliance with international standards, and ensure our IT services consistently meet regulatory, contractual, and business requirements. You'll play a key role in embedding strong governance practices, building trust with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across our IT service delivery.

• Develop and maintain IT governance and compliance frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Ensure compliance with standards like ISO27001, ISO9001, ITIL, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities to strengthen IT service delivery.
• Define and enforce policies that promote accountability, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Partner with clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders to build trust and transparency.

Your keys to success
You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive leader who understands both the technical and governance side of IT. You'll bring:

• 7+ years experience in IT service delivery and governance, with at least 3 in leadership.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (certifications like PMP, ITIL, COBIT, ISO Lead Auditor are a plus).
• Proven track record developing governance frameworks, compliance models, and service delivery programs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), infrastructure (Linux, VMware, Wintel, networking), and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
