Role Overview
My client is a well-established IT System Integrator, and they are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Sales & Operations Support Coordinator to support sales administration and infrastructure operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating commercial activities, handling documentation and contracts, and supporting day‑to‑day system and operational tasks in a fast‑paced IT environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide administrative and procurement support to the sales team, including document management and coordination of key information
- Maintain and update monthly sales forecasts and track related sales activities
- Support software and product sales operations, including license purchases and renewals (e.g. Microsoft 365, Veeam, HULFT)
- Manage vendor and customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Prepare and issue invoices related to infrastructure and IT services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables stay on schedule
- Support infrastructure and system standard operating procedures, including basic daily monitoring of system performance and availability
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Familiarity with everyday IT tools such as PCs, email platforms, and internal systems
- Prior exposure to the IT industry and foundational understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, PCs, cloud) is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Hands‑on contributor who can work independently and coordinate effectively with vendors and onshore/offshore teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A positive, collaborative team player who is organised, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
