Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team on daily administrative and operational activities
- Handle procurement processes, documentation, and proper filing of sales records
- Track monthly sales forecast and prepare reports
- Coordinate sales orders, renewals, and follow-ups with vendors and customers
- Support software and infrastructure solution sales (e.g. Microsoft 365, Veeam, HULFT)
- Assist in contract administration between vendors and customers
- Prepare and process invoices related to Infrastructure services
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
- Maintain SOP documentation for infrastructure and systems
- Perform basic daily monitoring of system performance and availability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admin / sales support / operations roles
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of IT environment (network, server, cloud) preferred
- Experience in IT industry or handling software renewals/subscriptions is an advantage
- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Able to multitask, work independently, and follow through tasks
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
