We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in the SEA region. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about recruitment and have an interest in the technology industry. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top IT talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for IT positions in the SEA region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media, job fairs, and industry events.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
