We're looking for a hands-on and driven IT Project Manager to lead digital projects end-to-end. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Proactively take initiative to lead teams, drive timelines, and resolve project issues-moving beyond coordination to actively manage delivery with minimal supervision
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and keep everyone aligned
- Manage risks, issues, resources, and project changes while providing clear status updates
- Drive team performance through planning sessions, stand-ups, and ongoing support to ensure quality delivery
- Support testing, product rollout, user adoption, and post-release issue resolution
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or Scrum roles with end-to-end delivery exposure
- Strong understanding of project management principles (planning, risk, budgeting, stakeholder management)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams
- Experience working on digital products in fast-paced environments PMP/CSM certification is a plus
