Project Manager - Software Delivery & Maintenance

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee two concurrent software initiatives:
1 A turnkey software development project delivering a new system end-to-end
2 A maintenance and support project managing change requests, system maintenance, and security patching

This role requires strong delivery leadership and the ability to balance new system implementation with ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development Project

• Lead end-to-end delivery across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and acceptance

• Manage scope, timelines, budget, and risks

• Work with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery

• Provide regular project updates, milestones, and status reports

Maintenance & Support

• Manage lifecycle of change requests and system enhancements

• Oversee bug fixes, incident resolution, and preventive maintenance

• Coordinate security patching and vulnerability remediation

• Ensure SLA compliance and system stability

• Track system performance and produce operational reports

Cross-Project Responsibilities

• Prioritize resources across both projects

• Ensure proper project governance, documentation, and risk management

• Coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and support teams

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience managing software development projects across the SDLC

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience coordinating development and support teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification

• Experience managing both delivery and application maintenance projects

• Familiarity with DevOps environments, application architectures, or security patching processes
