Lead the agile application development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of Identity Management and User Access Control systems.
Drive project execution to meet scope, timeline, budget, and contract specifications, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved across internal teams and subcontractors.
Provide coaching and guidance on Agile practices to development teams, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
Facilitate regular project reviews, progress meetings, and sprint ceremonies, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
Deliver monthly project updates to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and recommending actionable solutions.
Proactively identify and remove impediments to support smooth and efficient agile delivery.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to align deliverables with strategic goals and evolving requirements.
Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards in Identity Management and Access Control implementations.
Requirements / Skillset:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale IT application development or system modernization initiatives.
Strong domain knowledge in Identity Management / User Access Control (IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.).
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects on the OutSystems platform (low-code development environment).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with experience leading agile teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Ability to manage third-party vendors/subcontractors and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile certification. OutSystems-related certification (e.g., OutSystems Associate/Professional Project Manager).
