IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects so they are delivered on time, within budget and at the right quality.
• Create project schedules and manage project risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders and keep them updated on progress.
• Manage vendors, contracts and service levels.
• Prepare business cases, budgets and funding plans for ICT systems.
• Run procurement from specifications to contract award, following procurement policies.
• Oversee system maintenance and daily operations to keep systems running well.
• Handle change requests and keep project costs under control.
• Make sure all work follows IT governance, quality and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 4 to 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in at least one full project life cycle.
• Experience in Agile, large budget or digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with strong people management skills.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
